Designed with a threaded end, the NanoTemp125-CF offers seamless compatibility with both the CF202 and ThermaLock Canning Fittings. It operates at temperatures up to +125 °C (+257 °F) with an accuracy of up to ±0.1 °C (±0.18 °F) and features non-volatile solid state memory to retain readings even if the battery is depleted. The NanoTemp125-CF is the perfect solution for high-accuracy temperature monitoring in small-scale or delicate retort applications, capable of continuous use in both wet and dry environments up to its rated temperature limit.
