After I install the MadgeTech software for the first time, why does the splash screen briefly appear and then the program
fails to open?

If the splash screen shows and then the software doesn't open, depending on factors such as individual system configuration or networked PCs, administrator access may be partial, or denied for some applications. These applications may include the MadgeTech data logger software. In this case, contact an IT or systems administrator and request the creation of an administrator account with full access rights. If that is not possible, contact an IT or systems administrator for administrator access to the MadgeTech data logger software. If this does not solve your problem, try installing Windows Scripting Package below.
