The RFRHTemp2000A also features programmable alarms for when undesirable temperature or humidity levels are breached.


Made from food-grade stainless steel, the HiTemp140 high temperature data logger can withstand temperatures of up to +284 °F (+140 °C) and is completely submersible. The HiTemp140 is available in both rigid and flexible probes with a variety of probe lengths to choose from.


To validate pasteurization processes, the MicroTemp100 miniature data logger is designed to withstand the demanding conditions of batch and continuous flow pasteurization. The MicroTemp100 records temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +100 °C (-40 °F to +212 °F) and is completely submersible.
