After I install the MadgeTech software for the first time, why does the splash screen briefly appear and then the program
fails to open?

Depending on factors such as individual system configuration or networked PCs, administrator access may be partial, or denied for some applications. These applications may include the MadgeTech software. In this case, contact an IT or systems administrator and request the creation of an administrator account with full access rights. If that is not possible, contact an IT or systems administrator for administrator access to the MadgeTech software. If this does not solve your problem, try installing Windows Scripting Package below.
