The loggers have been very helpful and have worked great Review by Brewing Company: We are using the RHTemp1000 logger to monitor temperature and humidity levels in our micromalting processes. We malt barley samples in a unit that does all stages of malting: steeping, germinating and kilning and this way we can be sure the units are running correctly.
